  • To offer DeRUCCIMILANO group full support already in the start-up phase of the new Italian branch, being integral partner in process of successfully establishing new brand - DeRUCCIMILANO.
  • To provide complete management of warehousing and logistics activities in both – presales and after sales phases, including all deliveries of product to final customer or re-seller
  • To ensure not only warehousing and delivery, but also online IT management of all sales, logistics, purchasing, accountancy, customer service activities

  • To build complete logistics solution for new branch, which is integral part of all client’ s commercial activities.
  • The online management system had to be fully adjustable for specific needs of multiple departments, shops, partners at the same time maintaining united data base and administration of all activities

  • Online database for all retail and promotional activities. Completely customized Project system for centralized administration of all data
  • Items encoding , creation of new codes for every SKU and uploading in the data base
