• – Provide full logistics support for temporary store in special location and in special time
• – Kitting, delivery and installation of all the POP material for Coca-Cola Christmas Village and the temporary store

Main Challenges

• – Delivery and installation of highly complex infrastructure of Christmas village and temporary shop, organizing and coordinating all activities with communication agency and relevant field’s staff.
• – Implement the software that allows to generate barcodes for product sales in temporary shop, provides labelling for every item, ensures sales monitoring, manages efficiently inventory and product supplies

• – Management of all data and documents
• – Shipping, assembly and monitoring of all materials , products and items of Christmas village infrastructure and temporary shop
• – Receiving and storing the goods and items
• – Items encoding, creation of data base for online SKU and inventory management
• – Entire management of SKUs in the temporary shop
• – Barcode design, creation and printing
• – Stock and inventory monitoring and management
• – Temporary store daily deliveries
• – Product and packaging management
• – Support in organizing container transport and obtaining all needed permissions
• – Re-assembly of all materials of Christmas Village infrastructure and further storage.
